The OSG 200 Automatic Vertical with 100mm to 120mm box section. A heavy-duty power-operated sliding gate with a reinforced round tube infill, engineered for large-scale security applications and expansive entry points. Offering maximum durability and protection, it is ideal for industrial and commercial properties such as schools, nurseries, shopping centres, hospitals, and more. Designed for smooth, ground-free operation, it ensures long-lasting performance with minimal upkeep costs.
• Tailored to individual needs with broad range of opening from 8,000-12,000 (mm) in width and height range 1,200-2,400 (mm).
• Infill Included with Customisable Sizes – The product features a 25mm round tube panel infill, customisable in widths (raging from 3.5m to 7m; heights from 1m to 2.2m).
• Heavy-Duty Cantilever Design – Corrosion resistant gate designed for closing entrances with a clear opening width up to 12m. The leaf is seated on a 200 x 155 mm ground track and moves on carriages mounted to anchors, eliminating ground track obstructions; featuring double lock post with a catcher, back frame for balancing the leaf when open.
• Power-Operated Gate – Equipped with a drive integrated within the post, secured with a cover. Also available with an external drive option.

Safety

Manually-operated and power-operated OSG 95 gates were awarded the CE mark which confirms their compliance with the provisions of the PN-EN 13241-1 standard for industrial and residential gates.

Longevity & Protection

Online Security Gates industrial gates guarantee full safety of use. All the gates fitted with control devices provide high safety of use thanks to safeguards such as photocells, safety edges, signal lights, and a warning signal light. All our gates carry a CE marking in accordance with the BS EN 13241-1 European standard.

Longevity - All system elements are rust-protected with top anticorrosive coating achieved by galvanising and powder painting. It is hot dip galvanising of a chemically cleaned construction that provides up to 10 years of rust protection.

Duplex System (Double Protection) - Combined galvanised and varnish coatings in the DUPLEX system make these products last considerably longer. In all weather conditions our products will look attractive. RAL colour palette application makes a selection of polyester coating colour easy.

Efficient Protection - Galvanising is an efficient economical technique in terms of both production and maintenance. Galvanised products do not require surface maintenance for years. Rust-proofing no longer means expensive treatments as with traditional products. Galvanised steel may be recycled so it does not litter or burden the environment, helping with your carbon footprint.

They arrived today at 11:30 and by 3:30 I'd installed them, myself ably assisted by the other half and they look superb. Easy to install, if you're half compitent at DIY, as I appear to be, and they really look great. I'd add pics if I was able to, but I'd highly recommend thess and we'll be the envy of the neighbourhood now. Also the delivery driver was great too and gave me some longer fixings as I was going through a 20mm baton into the wall.
